Third entry from the Mpower!
Hello once again, dear reader(s)! I’m at SISTA again, but I’m writing on the Mpower. I’m also sitting in Jeff’s office, wondering if I’ll be traveling anywhere today. (He’s not here at the moment.)
So did I tell you I have a new schedule? Probably not. Here it is because I know you’re all just DYING to see it:
8:00-10:00: Braille/computers
10:00-12:00: Shop
12:00-1:00: The oh-so-sacred lunch hour
1:00-3:00: Travel
3:00-5:00: Home management
Well, there ya go! Ain’t that great? Now if I ever forget my schedule, I can just look up this entry!!
OK, now comes the moment you’ve all been waiting for: THE RANT ON THE NEW BEYONCÉ ALBUM! I don’t even know where to start! Every song is awesome, clever, and sung SO well!! Her voice has improved so much since DC’s first album, and people, that is saying something. The woman can BELT IT!! She can sound sassy, angry, sad, playful, frustrated… you name it! Just by singing. Seriously, she’s an amazing vocalist. And songwriter. She already got one word into the dictionary, and she may just be on her way to another! Most people pick up slang words from others around them; Beyoncé makes up her own! It is awesome, I’m telling you.
Whew. I’m done, I swear.
I wonder where Jeff is. He said he’d be right back, but that was ages ago. Did he get eaten by an alligator? Did he get trampled by a raging stampede of wildebeests? Did someone get totally lost and make him go after them?
Well, there are 15 minutes until breaktime and Jeff is still MIA. Looks like the only place KD is traveling to today is the comfy couch in the lounge!
This entry is getting ridiculously long, so I’ll see y’all later! Parting thought: EVEN IF YOU DON’T REMEMBER MY NAME… I’LL NEVER BE THE SAME!!! (And no, those weren’t Beyoncé lyrics, they were Michelle Williams lyrics! Ha, I’m so sneaky!! OK… maybe not…)

Forbidden entry
Hi guys! It’s been an eternity, no? G even beat me in updating her diary! Good thing we’re not betting on who blogs first, huh?
Anyway, I’m updating this from one of the computers at SISTA. My teacher Sahar thinks I’m writing a letter of request to the Commission for the Blind, haha.
Not much has happened since I last wrote, but I shall fill you in on the few events that have broken the monotony of my daily routine. My performance at the fair went very well! The crowd seemed to like it, and I felt pretty confident about it, even though it was the first upbeat song I’ve performed in public. And considering all the times I’ve done talent shows and crap, that’s saying something! I was tired of singing sappy ballads and sad songs! I wanted to do something happy!
Oh, and I finally FINALLY got my A.P. results back! I am officially tested out of English I! Yaaaaaaaaaay!
Hmmm, has anything else happened that’s worth wasting virtual trees on? I dunno. Let me think…
It’s really nerve-wracking writing this entry, because at any moment Sahar will realize that I’m not writing my letter. Who cares if she’s blind? She can just tell. Just like I can tell when Amber has been in my candy stash or my CD collection. It’s just an instinct. And I ain’t waitin’ around to see whether it surfaces! Adios! I’ll try to write tonight! Oh, parting thought: OHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSH, THE NEW BEYONCÉ ALBUM IS AAAAAAWWWWEEEEEESOOOOOME!!!!! (Yeah, you’ll be treated to a rant about it later. Something to look forward to, eh? Mwahahahahahahahaaaaaaa!)
